RETURN & REFUND

Return Window: You have a generous 14-day period from receiving your item to request a return. Ensure the item remains in its original condition – unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please provide proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return: To streamline the process, please fill out the return form with your order number, date, and full name. Contact us at info@babylaux.co.uk to confirm your return. Once accepted, we'll promptly provide detailed instructions on where and how to send the package. Note that unrequested returns won't be accepted.
Cancellation & Additional Fees: Orders canceled after 48 hours may incur additional fees. If your order has already been dispatched, the buyer is responsible for return costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Change of Mind/Wrong Product: In case of incorrect orders or non-damaged returns, the return costs are the buyer's responsibility unless it's a result of our error. Please reach out via email or phone before returning. We may arrange a collection at a deducted cost if possible.
